Recruitment:
- Identification and screening of candidates in the Philippines or India
Selection of Candidates:
- Trillacorpe-Healthstaff (TH) provides facility with candidate resumes that meet Client requirements
- Facility selects candidates for interview
- TH coordinates interviews between candidates and Client
- Client/medical facility offers employment to selected candidate(s)
Contract Agreement between Trillacorpe-Healthstaff and Client/Facility
Background Check:
- Criminal background and credential reference verification
Assistance with Petition Preparation and Documentation:
- TH provides assistance with visa petition preparation and documentation for candidates selected by Client, and the submission of the petition to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS)
  
  Petition Process:
  - Submission of the initial petition to USCIS
  - Approved petition will be transferred to the National Visa Center (NVC)
  - National Visa Center will forward approved documentation to the respective American Embassy (Philippines or India)
  - Candidate will be interviewed at the American EmbassyTravel arrangements to place of employment will be finalized
Correspondence:
- TH provides timely updates to candidates and Client during the petition proceedings
Travel:
- TH will coordinate travel dates for the candidate(s) at the Client’s approval, and arrange one-way transport to the place of employment
Acclimatization:
- TH assists newly arrived employees in acquiring a Social Security Number, Driver’s License, Bank Account and Living Accommodations
